Add bonding or joining process based on cutting ,like bonding silicone oring in the hot mold with high temperature etc.

Tying
Like auto tying ropes into knots , tie up ropes bundles ,silicone tubes rolls ,wires bundle with tapes or wires etc.
Hole punching
Punching holes in the material , like punching holes on webbing ,paper ,rubber ,plastics parts etc. hole punching amounts and hole distances can be set
Laminating
Laminate adhesive tapes with other material , like silicone strip with double side tapes ,rubber strip with 3M tapes etc.
Clipping
Clipping the material with strong metal wire to join the two parts together like clipping rope ends with metal wires to form a strong loop etc.
Dipping
Dipping the cut material ends with adhesives for joining ,like dipping the silicone gaskets ends with siilicone adhesives against the glue boards .etc

Other automation process also involves taping ,winding, stripping ,case inserting and some other process which customers requies us to customise and add for them
Basic cutting
Basic cutting is the primer function of a customised cutting machine , it involves various cutting metholds such as corner angle cutting ,
high speed cutting , lathe cutting , die cutting and kiss cutting , ESMAI can customise the basic cutting method &techniques according to customer’s needs
Angle cutting
Angle corner cutting means the cutting knife can automatically rotate to a preset fixed angle for cutting the material, such as 45° cutting on the left and 45° cutting on the right, to cut bevels of different shape pattern
High speed cutting
High-speed cutting means to apply high-power servo motors to achieve fast cutting, generally for products with small cutting lengths and high output requirements, such as rubber bands and silicone gaskets.
Ultrasonic cutting
Ultrasonic cutting refers to seal cutting edge of product without fray and the cutting edge should look natural and compare to hot cut , the sealed cutting edge is without dark . ultrasonic cutting meets demand of customers with high requirement for cutting edge
Hot cutting
Hot cut applies blunt knife with application of air cylinder on top to maximize the cutting force and heat tube to elevate knife temperature up to 650 degrees for cutting and heat seal thick and large size material like big ropes , thick webbings etc. .
Die cutting
Die cutting means the mold will be made of the shape of customer’s cutting material and with high power motor to drive die cut mold to die cut material to shape
Kiss cutting
Kiss cutting refers to cutting adhesive material with back film or paper . By adjusting the knife cutting depth , it cuts to the adhesive material but not through the back film or paper ,by separating waste material from the kiss cut material , the material kiss cut to shape remains on the back film or paper and gets into roll form.
Lathe cutting
Lathe cut refers to a cutting process designed for products that require extremely flat and smooth cuts, such as silicone or rubber washer gaskets. In this process, the cutting blade operates at high speeds to ensure a flat cut while maintaining precise movement for accurate cutting lengths.

How to order from us
There are four steps as ordering procedures to follow for making customised cutting machines for customers
1,Make the design drawings
Based on the requirement of customers ,our engineer will make detailed machine design drawings for the whole automation solution explaining every working unit parts for serving what processing techniques and how the processing material is processed from start to end
2,Pay the advance payment
After customer 's evaluation of the machine drawings , customer can arrange about 40-50% of the advance payment for our engineer to start production of the machine .
3,Finalize machine production
The lead time usually takes about 3-4 months to finish production of the customised machine based on difficulty , the machine progress will be updated on a weekly basis for customer to follow up and control the process as well .from drawings machine parts ,making machine general structure and all necessary working parts ,software and programming , assembly of the machine , wire connnections and air tube&air way layout for automation process , after whole assembly , the engineer will conduct the empty run of the machine then trial test of the machine with real material for at least one week for stable performance correction ,after final adjustment , the machine will meet standard for completion
4.Deliver the machine after pay
After the machine finish production ,detailed test video and machine photo will be shot and test report made and send to customer for reference . after machine meet with customer 's satisfication and approval ,customer will be paying the balance payment of the machine and shipment of the machine will be arranged after confirmation receipt of the balance payment

1,Automation solution
Our engineer will make the machine design drawings for the automation solution and determine the general key spare parts and parameters for making the machine , we can keep modify the machine design drawing until customer are convinced and settle with the solution .there are four key factors for making a sucessful customised cutting machines , 1, Productivity , if the machine works fast enough to meet with production requirement .2, Quality , if the processed material can meet with customer's quality requirement . 3, Automation in one machine , If all the required processing automations can be done in one machine to save labor ,4 ,Stability , If the completed machine works with stability , the machine design should be as much simple and practical as possible to maintain stability
2,Manufacturing
After the machine design drawing is settled , our engineer will begin the production process for the machine , as the production time is longer up to 3-4 month , we will get customer involved in the manufacturing process by updating customers with progress with video and photos on a weekly basis. customer can also give advice in the process for our engineer to modify the machine . after the machine finished production , it will goes with empty run for a couple days and trial with real material for trial production for one week for stable performance check . also we would check if processed material meets with customer requirement and estimate productivity based on actual trial production . customer will be present with test video ,photo and detailed test report. if all above are done and meet customer approval, the machine can be delivered
3,Shipping
After machine manufacturing , we will contact our shipper for shipping arrangement of the customised cutting machines ,usually the machine is big weight and large dimension and will be shipped mostly by sea . we will send the machine goods to the sea shipping ware house , customers will be updated with vessel schedule and be forwarded with shipping documents after vessel leave off for destination seaport .
4,After sale service
1, One year warranty If the machine failed within one year , free spare parts and free shipping of spare parts will be provided until the machine is fixed and get back to normal. 2, Customers can send video and photos describing problem for the machine if any , our engineer will answer within the day with solutions 3, Remote program update is also avaible if customer wants to further revise and update the programming of the machine
