The self adhesive silicone strip laminating machine ES-087 is designed for automatically laminate extruded silicone material with double side or 3m tapes , it combines auto auto Brushing silicone primer on silicone surface , auto laminate silicone strip with double side tape ,auto cutting laminated material into length and self feeding material with sensor device in one machine which is high productivity and labour saving .
The laminating material width ranges 2-30mm ,it can also be customised by enlarging the fixtures . the lamination material thickness ranges 1-25mm ,the machine power is 850W, the lamination speed ranges 15-30 meters/min (based on product type)
The adhesive backed silicone strip laminating machine applies with PLC touch screen for operation controls which is easy to operate , It had been equiped with a silicone primer brushing device which will coat the silicone primer on the silicone surface first for surface treatment , so the silicone material will have better adhesion with double side tapes , the primer treated silicone will then join with the double side tapes and laminated by the double transport band which can adjust their distance to hold and laminate different thickness silicone material without deshaping them . the silicone with 3m tape joining machine will cut the laminated material into fixed length after lamination .
