The self adhesive velcro coins kiss cut machine is designed for kiss cut self adhesive coins or dots ,other irregular shape , this self adhesive velcro hook and loop shape cutter machine cut through the velcro material but not through the release paper with cutting depth precision up to 0.001mm , the cutting depth can also be adjusted freely on the machine , it is also can also applied to kiss cut self silicone ,foam rubber and metallic tapes ,etc .
Separation of waste velcro and kiss cut needed velcro will be easy as the self adhesive velcro shape cutting machine applies with big curve roller which supports the release paper steady for peeling , the peeling angle is set at 180 degrees which also faciliate the peeling , there is also a metal block which press down the kiss cut velcro and avoids it from sticking and going with waste velcro into roller form as after kiss cutting , there is still adhesive between the waste velcro and needed velcro , they are easy to stick to each other during separation. a small pressing roller is placed under big curve roller , the purpose of it is to pull down tightly the release paper for easy separation of waste velcro and needed velcro.
The maximum velcro material cutting width is 150mm and mold length is 120mm , customer can decide their velcro sizes ,velcro coins diameters or other irregular shapes with CAD drawings if possible ,we will customise the knife molds for customer , the knife molds are very cheap cost which allow customers can work for many different sizes velcro shapes .
