How to make a rope loop bundle
The rope cutting and clipping tying machine ES-103 is specially designed for one of our Ireland customers which is specially designed for automatic hot cut ropes , clip rope into a loop form and collection of clipped rope loop and tie up 50 pcs of rope loop into one bundle in one machine .

Product details
1,Feeding ropes ,feeding clipping wires and feeding tying wires & Hot cut ropes , this rope automatic
cutting clipping machine will feed all these three materials at the same time ,the drawing device will
draw the rope into fixed length and into loop shape , then the hot knife will hot cut
the rope and heat seal the ends to avoid fraying . the hot knife can reach up to 400 ℃ high temperature.
2,Clip ropes and taking ropes to collection boxes ,after the rope was cut into fixed length and formed a loop
,It will be forwarded to the clipping zone and be clipped and fixed by 316 stainless steel which forms a strong
loop
3, Collection box ,the clipped rope loops will be collected into the collection boxes , the collection
box had capacity to collection 50 pcs of rope diameters up to 6mm , the collection capacity can
be customised based on customer’s requirement .
4,Tying ropes into bundle and push out and release finished ropes , the rope automatic cutting bundling machine
will tie up the clipped loop ropes into one bundle when reaching 50 pcs of loop ropes or other quantity for a bundle
In General
This rope automatic cutting bundling machine has three feeding system, feeding ropes , feeding clipping stainless steel wires , feeding tying rubber wires . the ropes is hot cut on the machine with hot cutting knife reaching high temperature up to 400 ℃ which heat seals the rope ends. the clipped rope forms a strong loop . the clipping system cut and clip a small piece of 316 stainless steel of 1.8mm diameter on the rope ends . once the clip is form , it is hard to break by human force . the clipped part is smooth touch and clipped inside without clipping wire protruding out and hurting human hands .
This rope automatic cutting clipping machine applies with PLC touch screen which is easy to operate , customer can set the cutting length , how many bundles and how many quantity for one bundle etc .
The maximum cutting length of this rope cutting and bundling machine is 1.6 meters , it can also customised for the maximum cutting length ,the machine power is 2kw , the capacity for the collection box is 50 pcs for one bundle of rope diameter of 6mm . the collection box capacity can also be customised based on customer’s requirement .
