Launched in 2019 , ESMAI focuses on offering customised cutting machines with additional automation based on cutting . ESMAI is a manufacturer that specializes in custom-made cutting machines. The customized cutting machines adds other automated processes on the basis of cutting, replacing all the processing steps of customers’ manual production of their products with automated processes, helping customers save labor and improve production efficiency.
What we do
The customized cutting machines produced by ESMAI adds bonding, assembly, winding, lamination and other automated processes on one machine based on cutting. Customers only need to describe to us in detail all the back-end processes they handle their products and our engineering team will design detailed drawings and automation solutions based on the customer’s production process. We have 10 structural engineers and 8 software engineers, each with a clear division of tasks ,the structural engineer is responsible for designing the overall structure of the machine and the design of the motion combination components. The software engineer is responsible for designing the machine’s PLC programming and operating procedures and the distribution of electrical wires and air ways on the machine. At the same time, there are 15 assistants responsible for assembling the machine and doing stability tests. we have 5 purchasers in responsible for purchasing different sheet metal parts and working components in the market and keep good control of quality. our machines are CE certified .All our customized cases are as high as 500 cases, the typical big company we served are Semperitgroup ,Merefsa ,Tekni-plex and Tiemmetisrl in silicone and rubber industries and our customers are mainly distributed in Europe and the United States, India and Turkey. Our production of customized cutting machines saves customers’ labor cost and improves their production efficiency which is widely praised by customers

Good quality control
ESMAI ‘s engineer had strict requirement for the spare parts to be made for the customised cutting machines .controlling the quality of spare parts are important for ensuring the stable performance of the machine . after the machine are fully assembled ,it will go through empty run for one week and load on material for process on the machine for another week for stability test , If any spare parts are easy to fail or the working units need some more modification ,our engineer will keep improving it until the machine can work in stable performance before factory release.
After sale service
All spare parts of the customised cutting machines will have one year of free maintainance by changing for customers free spare parts and free shipping of spare parts within one year .
